Superfood Recipes - 2 Healthy and Delicious Recipes

Many types of food under the food and health food stores can now be called "superfoods." Typical super foods include certain types of vegetables (such as spirulina, chlorella, and seaweed), herbs, you can anti-oxidants, sea vegetables, essential fatty acids, probiotics, enzymes and energy enhancements are properly called superfoods. Recipe # 1: Billy'sNuggets

Ingredients: pure chocolate nibs, hemp seeds, cold pressed coconut oil, agave nectar, spirulina-based superfood powder, herb pharm peppermint extract. Equipment needed: bowl, mixing spoon.

Mix these dry ingredients:

- 2 cups chocolate nibs

- 2 cups hemp seeds

- 2 tablespoons of spirulina-based superfood powder

Add:

- 3 / 4 cup agave nectar

- In 3 / 4 cup coconut oil

- Add 20 drops of peppermint herb pharmExcerpt

Mix well and refrigerate at least an hour. Then, scoop mixture with spoon and shape with the fingers in one-inch balls. Roll in bowl Cannabis (Note: add coconut oil to reduce sticking to fingers). Nuggets refrigerator for at least an hour longer. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe # 2: Billy's Raw Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients: pure chocolate nibs, hemp seeds, agave nectar, spirulina-based superfood powder and water. Equipment needed: Vita-Prep (or equivalent)Mixers

Blend 8 ounces raw cocoa nibs in the blender, until mixture is a powder and begins to rubbery texture, then 2 cups of warm water and add mixture for one minute.

Then add:

- 3 / 4 cup agave nectar

- 2 cups hemp seeds

- 1 tablespoon spirulina-based superfood powder to catalyze the effects of chocolate

Add more water as necessary to preserve mixture and blend again for one minute more. To share Pour into a glass dish and refrigerate fortwo hours. Serve and enjoy! Note: If you use a conventional blender, use about half the quantity of the above ingredients and mix at least twice as long
